We value your time and are committed to providing dedicated, high-quality care to each client and horse. To ensure fairness and availability for all, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy:

• Notice Requirement: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. 
• Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. 
• No-Shows: Clients who miss an appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. 
• Equine Appointments: For horse sessions, please ensure the horse is accessible, caught, and ready at the scheduled time. If we are unable to proceed due to circumstances outside our control, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation. 
• Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.
